Pre-Orders
All pre-order pieces are shipped according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer DHL Express worldwide.
Please note:
Duties and taxes are determined by your destination country
These fees are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable
International returns are subject to return shipping costs
RETURNS
We hope you love your Amapola piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All labels must remain attached
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Items returned damaged, worn, stained, or without labels will not be accepted and will be sent back
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 30 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
